Give her something that she will love for Valentine's Day!  

My husband bought this sweet James Avery bracelet for me for my birthday last year.  I just finished having the engraving done on it.  It has all of the initials of everyone that I love.  I have been wearing it (nonstop) for the past 2 weeks.  I can't tell you how it warms my heart every time I look down and see it.

It's something so simple, but something that she might cherish forever.  I know I will mine.

Psst.  I'm telling you early so you have time to engrave!

Property Management is a touchy business.  There is ALWAYS something going wrong with repair issues, tenant issues, and keeping abreast of the laws that affect land lording is important.

So, when things get out of control (or my recommendation, CALL a Property Manager before) this situation occures.  Where do you find one?
