I'm so lucky to live at the start of the Hill Country near New Braunfels, Texas. 

The boys and I were in the kitchen making a chocolate cake (yummy) and I looked up and out my back windows was this:

Now, I'm not proclaiming to be the best photographer (just working with what I got).....but I do believe that it's obvious that the sight was beautiful!

Now, I'm sitting on my deck in the backyard, with the wind blowing through my hair and I can hear some of the trees rustling, THE NEIGHBORS DOG BARKING, but, uh...let's forget that part. 

Back to my little bit of serenity in pleasant New Braunfels, Texas....the trees rustling, the world is quieting down and closing the curtain on another fabulous day in beautiful Texas !

My previous blog talked about the great homes that Perry Homes is building in Oak Run.  I wanted to include some photos of the area.  I live in this area and am absolutely loving it.  From the people to my beautiful new home nestled in such a "mix" area of new and older homes.  The scenery is splendid the sunsets even better!

Oak Run Subdivision, New Braunfels, Texas  

Perry Homes, Builder for Oak Run and the Heights of Oak Run has some new specs on the ground.  This area is located on the West side of IH 35 right in New Braunfels and very convenient to Garden Ridge, Schertz, Cibolo and San Antonio, Texas.
