Sheila Moran ~Broker Bits~: Why I stay @ RE/MAX ACCESS by: Nadine Berger

Why I stay @ RE/MAX ACCESS by: Nadine Berger

At our last office meeting I asked each and every fabulous Agent that we have here at RE/MAX ACCESS to tell me exactly what it was that makes them stay.

Here is what Nadine Berger told me:

"I stay with our office because of the professionalism and the class of Agents that Sheila brings into our office.  I also like that Kristin and Sheila are proactive with Twitter, Facebook and blogging.  They have put themselves outside of the box when it comes to teaching our Agents different ways to market ourselves that is required in today's market.  Everything they do is to help me be very successful and profitable in this tough and challenging market."

Then I asked her why did she move to RE/MAX ACCESS:

"I'm here because of my respect for Sheila and what she stands for with Real Estate.  I also very much appreciate that Kristin is experienced with marketing and brings so much experience to our office.   I also like all the Agents & office staff very much."

WOW.

I couldn't have said it better.  This from a seasoned, well respected, high producing Agent.  Need I say more.

Thinking about making a move?  Call me so we chat about your future!

There are loads of great reasons to stay in RE/MAX, but when you have a great broker and mentor like yourself, the choice is clear!  Way to go!

I like the Remax model. There are a lot of things we (Remax) can glean from other franchises and brands as far as philosophy and practice but really when push comes to shove, a Real Estate office is only as good as the people in it.  You and Nadine are evidense of that.

Continued success!
