Neighborhood Link.com ~ A site everyone can use~
I have this great listing that just went under contract in the Greenshire Subdivision in Schertz, Texas.
I was working with the Home Owners Association to get the related documents necessary to provide to the Buyer. In my quest I ended up on the phone with the HOA Manager. She mentioned to me that I could get tons of related information about the neighborhood that I was inquiring on by just going to:
The nice thing about this site it that it contains all kinds of information about the subdivision that Buyer's might be interested in reviewing prior to making an offer on a house. The sites are free to HOA associations (up to them to do the work) so keep in mind that not every subdivision could be listed!
I went online and entered the name of the subdivion and received most of the documents that these particular Buyers' would want to see. Right at my fingertips!
How easy was that?

Awesome tool Sheila! Thank you for pointing this out. This will really come in handy for HOA information when sometimes it can be hard to get the needed documents!
