Let me set the scene....my drive home is beautiful. There is tons of open land, cows, trees and great sunsets (for when I work too late!)...my phone doesn't work during this section of land and therefore I can't talk to anyone so, for about 10 minutes it's NO BUSINESS! It's a nice time to "check out"
If you missed my first post about my drive home and the election, check it out here:

Seems that the guy that was so busy before the election putting up all of the political pieces has been very quiet for the last couple of weeks.
I have been kind of missing our little cat and mouse game with me stopping by to take photos. I can only image that he's been in shock trying to get used to what happened politically.
But, he's back in action again. This is what I saw yesterday....

Gosh, I'm still proud to live in a country where we can speak our minds!

This sign I like. No matter who is leading our country, they need our positive thoughts.
There is power in prayer and we certainly need it right now!
Hey Sheila - Well at least he's on the right track now! His message is no longer political and offers hope and encouragement! Thanks for sharing.
Well, we seem to be going down hill pretty quickly if you listen to the news. A little prayer certainly couldn't hurt. I like this game you have going with him!
Sheila, this is so funny! You gotta love that old First Amemdment!
At least it doesnt say "the end is coming!"
That one might be in my yard... :)
Sheila: The sign will certainly get your attention, we need to see more of them. I put out a blog coule days ago where you can send a Christmas card for free to the troops through Xerox. They give you several cards to choose from and they will send to a member of the military. Please read on how to send Christmas Cards to the Troops
If more people would do it we would all be better off!
No matter who you voted for this time or last time, we need to all remember this is our country and we need to be proud of it and support who ever is in office. I won't agree with everything Obama is going to do, just as I didn't with Bush, Clinton or Bush Sr, but they were all my President and this is my country and I'm proud to call it home!
I know what you mean about having those minutes on your ride home that you can check out. That happens on my ride home as well...as there is a place where I have no signal. I find myself so deep in thought.
As far as this sign...I admire the guy for trying to make a positive impact on the world. Thank God we still live in a country where we have the freedom of speech.
I also agree with Todd that we need to be proud and support our leaders. GBU~
This time I think it really is a big tent for Americans to come together under. We will overcome the adversity we are in, and will be stronger because of it.
I would not limit my prayers simply to our nation and its leaders. I find that waaaaaaaaay too limiting. I would pray for all nations and all leaders, Mother and Father Nature, and alien populations throughout the Universe.
