I think you just bought yourself a RE/MAX office...

Geez, my sister is always one step ahead of me! (that's a good thing).  Of course she said this so beautifully so why mess with something that is good, right?  Thank you sister...

Via Kristin Moran ~ San Antonio, Texas ~ Real Estate:

My Sister Sheila and I stumbled on a great opportunity this month that we couldn't pass up.  In these times of uncertainly, it is important to see the forest for the trees and position ourselves where we want to be when the pendulum swings.

Based on where we want that pendulum to swing, we bought the RE/MAX franchise we are currently working out of.

So, while we are very busy getting organized in our new positions we are very excited to tell you about the features of our office!

RE/MAX has been good to us, it just makes things easier when you have a good name behind you.  It's easy to imagine the degree of success you can have in real estate sales when you have the most widely recognized name in the industry behind you.  RE/MAX lists and sells more real estate than any other real estate network in the world.  We have a small, very productive office @ RE/MAX Access in Garden Ridge, Texas.

Below are some of the reasons our office is looking better than ever!:

1.  Aggressive Pay Plan - Our office offers one of the highest commission splits in the real estate industry.

2.  Top Producing Agents - Learn from the best when you work with the best!  From 100's club to Platinum, RE/MAX Access has agents that produce results!

3.  Synergy - Work together with professionals who motivate each other to do their best.

4.  Support Staff - RE/MAX Access has experienced support staff available to enable you smooth transactions from the beginning of the transaction up through closing.

5.  Live Phone System - We believe the best way to assist your customer is with personal service-no annoying computer prompts to wait for when you or your clients call. Your benefit is immediate action and quick response. RE/MAX Access has invested in our phone system, which offers enough phone lines to guarantee that you will never get a busy signal. In addition to the office phone number, each agent has his/her own separate direct line and call forwarding at no extra charge.

6.  Friendly & productive atmosphere - Our office promotes an atmosphere of trust, respect and camaraderie. Our purpose is to maintain an environment that optimizes the ability of each and every sales Associate.

7.  Great location - Conveniently located in North East San Antonio with easy access to all surrounding cities.

The office of RE/MAX Access is like no other, large office spaces, quiet location & a relaxing, supportive atmosphere.  Work here or work from home, we've got what you need...Compare your office to RE/MAX Access!  Call us for more information on joining a winning team of Agents @ RE/MAX Access.

Hi Sheila,

I have been trying to send you this comment as a private message for like an hour, but it wouldn't go through.  Tried it like ten times so if you get it multiple times, you know why.

I am a friend of Kristin's and just read about your new venture on her blog.  Just wanted to say 'Congratulations' and wish you both the best of luck.

I took a quick glance at your blog and it looks like you have some interesting posts.  I will be back to read and comment on a few when I have more time.  Right now I have to get to the two MeMes your sister tagged me with :)

Best Wishes,
Lisa Friedman

Holy smokes!  Is there nothing the sisters can't do?  First the fancy truck now the proud owners of the fancy office, what next?  The whole franchise?  Does that mean you might be my boss' one day?   :o)

In all seriousness, you girls are going to be AWESOME! I wish you the very best of luck.  I am sure your talents will pay off in this endeavor!  All my best!
