"A Newbie contest - better than American Idol" - How to find a great Realtor!

So, I heard about this contest going on for the NEWBIES! Still feeling like a Newbie (yes, I'm trying very hard to incorporate myself into this arena...but still on shaky legs like a baby fawn).

I think the best thing about AR is that we are able to learn from each other and what a great way to spread the word about your market, listings, tips for buyers and selllers....need I say more? The list goes on!

I thought I would elaborate on some important tips, ideas and questions for a potential Home Owner or Purchaser to ask REALTORS that they might be interviewing. Seems like I have had this question come up lately more than once! So, here goes....my video debut (okay..be easy on me!)

Sheila, Sounds good!  Makes me proud to be a RE/MAX agent!  Thanks for the referral today (Brian that deals with websites).  Do you recommend doing that?  Im all for enhancing our website!  I do appreciate the feedback though because I am seriously thinking of doing it.  Thanks again!
